Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the commercial effort for MEMF Electrical Industries within the Oil & Gas sector, driving growth of our high‑quality electrical solutions. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for securing new projects and expanding existing accounts across Saudi Arabia and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the Oil & Gas market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, operators and major Oil & Gas companies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and periodic management reports.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
• Represent MEMF at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10–15 years of sales and business development experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of winning major projects and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Extensive network of contacts within Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors and industrial clients.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, procurement processes and project cycles.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Commercial and strategic business acumen.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high‑value opportunities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
