Sales Manager

About the role

Careem is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its regional sales efforts in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia. The role will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, driving sales programs and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an agreed sales plan for the region.
• Deliver revenue against pre‑defined targets and objectives.
• Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple decision‑makers for ground transportation purchases.
• Coordinate with regional resources such as marketing, sales management, and technical support to ensure a transparent approach.
• Provide regular reporting to keep operations and corporate support informed of actions and outcomes.
• Travel regularly with limited supervision.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted customers and partners.
• Educate customers and prospects on Careem’s propositions and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience, including at least 2 years in active account/sales management.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and quick decision‑making.
• Technical savviness.
