Sales Manager – Jeddah

About the role

Eaton is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead project‑sales activities for LV switchgear, busway, ATS and related products across the western and southern regions of Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with MEP contractors, consultants and end‑users, providing technical support and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales strategy for project‑based business in the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual project sales targets.
• Identify, map and build relationships with decision‑makers and influencers in client organisations.
• Prepare high‑value engineering and commercial proposals to secure orders.
• Develop and maintain a commercial account plan for each key client.
• Support and grow the network of direct and indirect panel builders through training, audits and commercial assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project sales within the power‑distribution sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and meeting targets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, especially the western and southern regions.
