Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales and marketing efforts for Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, a luxury property located in the iconic Kingdom Tower. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans targeting both new and existing accounts.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through outbound sales calls, on‑site visits, sales tours and community networking.
• Travel across the region to meet clients and promote the property.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Rooms and other departments to maximise revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Saudi national (position open exclusively to Saudi citizens).
• Proven experience in hospitality sales with a strong network of corporate and leisure clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of market trends and the luxury hotel segment.
