Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our specialty coffee business in Riyadh. The role focuses on expanding B2B relationships across the Saudi F&B market, targeting hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, acquire and manage new B2B clients throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and other F&B businesses.
• Negotiate and close deals, prepare proposals, quotations and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the Saudi F&B sector, preferably in specialty coffee.
• Established network and strong connections within the Saudi F&B market.
• Proven B2B sales and business development track record with a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
