Sales Manager – Technical & Enterprise Sales

About the role

Shaffra is expanding its sales team in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. We are hiring for two closely related positions – a Sales Manager and a Technical Sales specialist – to drive enterprise and government business across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own territory and pipeline, generating new enterprise and government opportunities.
• Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain C‑level relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Apply consultative selling to identify AI‑driven value for customers.
• Grow strategic accounts through upsell, cross‑sell and expansion initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility and reliable forecasts.
• For the Technical Sales role, deliver product demos, develop PoCs and translate requirements into solution designs.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise software, technology or AI solutions.
• Track record of building pipelines and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Comfortable engaging with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of the Saudi and GCC enterprise market; experience in government, financial services, telecom or large enterprises is a plus.
