Sales Manager – Western Region (Jeddah, KSA)

About the role

Armacell is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. You will act as an individual contributor, turning project specifications into confirmed orders while influencing distributors and specifiers who do not report directly to you.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales revenue, margin and growth targets for the Western Region.
• Identify, qualify and convert projects, customers and opportunities into sales.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, from lead to close.
• Position Armacell solutions with project owners, consultants and specifiers.
• Motivate distributor sales and technical teams to capture opportunities.
• Prioritise opportunities based on value, probability and timing.
• Lead commercial negotiations while protecting pricing and margin.
• Coordinate with Specification, Engineering, Customer Service and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on B2B technical sales experience in construction, HVAC, insulation or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage distributors or channel partners without direct authority.
• Track record of generating and closing sales independently.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRM for pipeline and forecast management.
