Sales Representative – FinTech Solutions

About the role
Geidea is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing FinTech team. You will be the front‑line driver of revenue growth, attracting new merchants and nurturing relationships with existing clients across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing merchants.
- Conduct field visits and prospecting activities to generate new business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets (acquisition and transaction volume).
- Gather and channel customer feedback to internal stakeholders through your manager.
- Prepare quotations, address objections and follow up to close deals.
- Use in‑person, telephone and email outreach to contact decision‑makers and present Geidea’s payment solutions.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FinTech or digital payments.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong customer‑first mindset and ability to work independently.
