About the role
Geidea is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing FinTech team. You will be the front‑line driver of merchant acquisition, promoting Geidea’s digital payment solutions to new and existing businesses across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and prospect new clients.
- Conduct field visits and outreach activities (in‑person, phone, email) to generate new business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for merchant acquisition and transaction volume.
- Prepare quotations, address objections and close sales deals.
- Collect and channel customer feedback to internal stakeholders through your manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FinTech or digital payments.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
