Sales Representative – Optical (Jeddah)

About the role

The role is focused on achieving sales forecasts and collections for AMICO’s optical product range in the Jeddah territory. The representative will prospect new opportunities, build and maintain relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, promote the products, and ensure after‑sales service and collection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and document analyses of customer preferences, business potential and competitor actions within the assigned territory.
• Develop sales forecasts and action plans for optical products in line with company strategy and obtain supervisor approval.
• Represent AMICO as an authorized partner, engaging surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote and sell optical solutions.
• Meet target customers, define sales potential, and drive product promotion and order processing.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops and promotional campaigns relevant to the territory.
• Provide technical support and in‑service assistance, including equipment installation, start‑up, utilization and maintenance, and report on results and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field from a recognised institute.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales capacity; fresh graduates with strong selling flair may also be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build persuasive relationships and achieve sales targets.
