Sales Representative (Outstation Territory)

About the role

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to manage outstation territories and drive growth across multiple FMCG channels. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring market coverage in the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, collection, and coverage targets.
• Manage and develop customers within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective market coverage and regular customer visits.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to acquire new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high service levels.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and competitor activities in the market.
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and company initiatives effectively.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and proper account follow‑up.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience across Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts.
• Previous experience handling outstation territories is highly preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales systems such as Sales Buzz or C‑Store.
