Sales Representative – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join Ninja, a fast‑growing food‑delivery platform. In this hybrid role you will work both in the field and from the office, acquiring new restaurant partners and supporting existing ones to maximise their performance on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard potential restaurant partners.
• Present and promote Ninja’s platform, services and value proposition.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Support existing partners to increase their sales and platform usage.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with restaurant partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to improve the offering.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
