Sales Representative – Specialty Wellness Products

About the role

AmCan International Group, a leading distributor of specialty wellness products in the MENA region, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for expanding the presence of top global brands in sports nutrition, vitamins, and healthy snacks within pharmacies, gyms, hyper‑markets and other retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, forecast and collection targets for the assigned territories.
• Maintain high forecast accuracy and support demand‑planning cycles.
• Detail and train store pharmacists, sales staff and trainers on the full brand portfolio, highlighting key selling points and customer segmentation.
• Meet purchasers and business owners to align expectations and actions.
• Ensure planogram compliance, product availability, visibility and proper POSM implementation.
• Re‑allocate stock to avoid legacy inventory and monitor shelf prices, expiry dates, promotions and competitor activity.
• Open new accounts and expand distribution across Western, Southern and Northern regions, including remote areas such as Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Tabuk, Abha, Jizan and Najran.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly plans and reports, and finalize orders within cut‑off dates.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in sports nutrition, consumer health supplements or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi retail landscape (pharmacies, supplement stores, gyms, hypermarkets, gas stations).
• Valid Saudi driving licence and a transferable Iqama.
• Comfortable using reporting tools and Excel‑based follow‑up.
• Existing relationships within the fitness/gym channel are a plus.
• Genuine interest in sports nutrition and fitness.
• Results‑driven, self‑managed and able to work across multiple cities and remote areas.
