Sales Service Engineer – Transformer Services

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Service Engineer to lead transformer service projects across Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical expertise with project leadership to ensure high‑quality delivery for utility and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transformer service projects from kickoff to closure.
• Coordinate activities with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Control project scope, cost, schedule and quality while maintaining compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, costing and financial tracking.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with major utility and industrial clients.
• Allocate resources effectively and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in transformer services or electrical utilities.
• Proven ability to lead service or project teams and manage contracts.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
