Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with corporate clients and referral partners, and promoting our rehabilitation services to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
• Promote Eradah’s rehabilitation services through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and produce regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
