Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Riyadh to drive revenue growth and expand OneClick Trading Company’s customer base. You will identify new opportunities, manage the sales cycle and ensure a high‑quality experience for both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach.
• Conduct sales calls and in‑person meetings to present product and service offerings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory and delivery schedules.
• Track sales performance, generate reports and contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Train clients on product usage and support basic onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proven sales capabilities including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in trading, retail or B2B sales, preferably in Riyadh or the GCC.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as spreadsheets and presentations.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.
