Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive new business for Al-Menu Co. by targeting restaurant clients in Saudi Arabia. Working on‑site in Riyadh, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and support clients during onboarding of the company’s SMART OPERATIONS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective restaurant customers and generate leads.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to align solutions with client needs.
• Support client onboarding and training on new operational systems.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in technology, operations or service solutions.
• Experience in the food‑and‑beverage or restaurant sector is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Competence in spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations using presentation software.
