About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, promoting the company's products and services, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential customers.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal departments.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English is a plus.
