Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Sales Specialist at Sarjai, you will open and grow enterprise and government relationships across Saudi Arabia, guiding prospects from the first conversation through proof‑of‑concept to signed contracts. You will own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage target account lists across banking, fintech, healthcare, government and other key sectors.
• Conduct outreach in Arabic and English via email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Qualify leads and run discovery calls with decision‑makers in Customer Experience, IT, Digital Transformation and related business units.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and industry partners, identifying new use cases for Sarjai’s Voice AI and AI agents in KSA.
• Represent Sarjai at conferences, industry events and community gatherings.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design coordination, demos, POCs, proposals, government procurement, negotiation and deal closure, followed by handover to the delivery team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or enterprise sales, with a track record of selling to banks, fintechs, government entities or other large organisations.
• Native Arabic speaker with a Saudi dialect and professional English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to self‑source pipeline and close deals.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government landscape.
• Comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, telephony and related systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
