Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Riyadh, focusing on identifying and qualifying prospective corporate and institutional clients for training and consulting solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective corporate and institutional clients.
• Present training and consulting solutions and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Conduct meetings and calls with clients to advance opportunities and close deals.
• Coordinate with training and consulting teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑management skills, including lead generation, opportunity management and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of training products and the capacity to present solutions clearly.
• Good organizational, planning and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic business software such as CRM tools, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in training, education or consulting services.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing client and market needs.
