Sales Specialist – Medical Devices

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive all sales activities for medical device products within the assigned region, ensuring consistent product and service delivery while meeting revenue and gross profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company medical devices and services to existing and prospective clients, including remote locations.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, generating new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, CRM updates, market information system (MIS) data, and competitor analyses.
• Communicate product updates, field feedback, and market developments to internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to sustain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to meet all sales closing requirements.
• Track and achieve annual sales targets while managing product stock levels.
• Use JD Edwards (JDE) system for sales processing and stock monitoring, keeping data current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, nursing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, specifically surgical equipment, electrosurgery, energy devices or operating‑room technologies.
• Hands‑on experience providing intra‑operative support, clinical demonstrations, and troubleshooting in the OR.
• Strong technical understanding of surgical energy technologies and related instruments.
