Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a dynamic sales team in the Food & Beverage manufacturing and distribution sector, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding market share, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve defined targets and objectives.
• Monitor daily activities of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Develop and implement field sales strategies to increase market share.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Train, onboard, and mentor new sales team members.
• Conduct regular client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, recommending improvements.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and pricing teams to execute promotional plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).
• Proven experience leading sales teams.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
