Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a boutique team in delivering premium customer experiences, driving sales performance and ensuring smooth store operations for Chalhoub Group’s luxury portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in all customer and team interactions.
• Define, execute and monitor the brand action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach and motivate the sales team, ensuring clear understanding of business direction and objectives.
• Stay ahead of market trends, product launches and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Oversee stock management, floor organization and visual merchandising to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
• Analyse sales data to support commercial decision‑making and improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in luxury retail or similar sales environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive commercial results.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control and visual presentation.
