Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and support the sales team across an assigned territory, driving the achievement of sales targets, strong market coverage and high‑quality customer service. This role is pivotal for executing sales strategies, monitoring performance and providing market insights to sustain growth for Entaj’s poultry business.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the sales team to meet sales targets, route plans and customer coverage objectives.
• Execute approved sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximise product availability and revenue.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as volume, revenue, customer coverage and product mix, providing regular coaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure retention and service excellence.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to resolve order fulfillment, stock and credit issues.
• Identify market trends, competitor actions and new sales opportunities, delivering insights to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food or poultry industry.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach and develop a sales team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for reporting and customer data management.
• Data analysis and forecasting to support sales reporting.
• Strong problem‑solving and operational coordination capabilities.
