SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Consultant

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong functional expertise across SAP Finance and Controlling. The consultant will drive the design, configuration, deployment and support of end-to-end finance processes, ensuring seamless integration across business functions. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops for SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Configure and implement General Ledger Accounting (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Treasury & Risk Management, Flexible Real Estate Management and Controlling.
• Integrate finance with MM, PM, PS, HR, Procurement and other areas, and ensure connectivity across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, asset lifecycle and budget control processes.
• Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications and test scripts, and run unit testing, SIT, UAT and cutover activities.
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field.
• SAP FI or CO certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of SAP Finance/Controlling experience.
• Minimum 3 full project lifecycles in SAP ECC or S/4, and at least 2 SAP S/4HANA conversion or implementation projects.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or large industrial sectors is an advantage.

Required skills

• FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting; CO: Cost Centers, Cost Elements, Internal Orders.
• TRM (money market, fixed deposits) and REFX (leases, IFRS-16).
• Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Bank Communication Management, Automatic Payments (F110).
• Financial closing, year-end activities and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, Fiori apps and workflows, and SAP Fiori for Finance.
