SAP SuccessFactors Expert

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, integration and support of SuccessFactors modules and SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The role focuses on Employee Central, Time Off, Payroll and cross‑module integrations for KSA, UAE and multi‑country environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and support Time Off, including time types, accounts, profiles, holiday calendars and accrual rules.
• Provide functional expertise for Employee Central Payroll (ECP) covering KSA, UAE and multi‑country payroll requirements.
• Design, configure and troubleshoot Payroll Control Records (PCR) and Payroll Schemas.
• Develop and maintain cross‑module SuccessFactors integrations (EC, Time Off, PMGM, Payroll) and integrations with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Analyse integration requirements, define mappings, resolve interface failures and ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead workshops, produce functional specifications, test scenarios and support SIT/UAT.
• Manage cut‑over, go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with hands‑on implementation.
• Strong background in global/multi‑country payroll, especially KSA and UAE.
• Proven ability to lead complex integration projects between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
