SCADA Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled SCADA Technician to join a leading industrial organization. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SCADA systems to ensure reliable operation of critical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SCADA hardware and software components.
• Monitor SCADA systems for continuous, stable operation.
• Provide troubleshooting and incident response, including PLC and RTU support, network communication, and alarm management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system updates to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams on system improvements and upgrades.
• Document configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and organisational policies.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in control and instrumentation or industrial automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SCADA systems in an industrial environment.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on‑call support.

Required skills

• SCADA system monitoring and operation.
