Scaffolding Supervisor (Saudi Aramco Approved)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee the safe erection, modification, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on industrial and construction projects. The role reports to the Site Manager and covers supervising scaffolding crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The candidate must hold a valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card and have proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects, and should be locally available in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection and dismantling in line with project requirements.
• Ensure all scaffolding work meets Saudi Aramco standards, company procedures and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate daily activities of scaffolding crews for safe and efficient work.
• Carry out routine inspections of scaffolding structures and verify tags, permits and inspection records.
• Ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, tools and equipment, and identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Coordinate with construction, maintenance and HSE teams to support project schedules.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor productivity and keep accurate reports, inspection records and daily progress documentation.
• Liaise with clients, site management and inspectors on scaffolding activities and compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma, technical certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor on industrial or construction projects.
• Valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and project specifications.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
