Security Cloud Solution Architecture Manager

About the role

The Security Cloud Solution Architecture Manager leads a team of security solution architects who help customers adopt, optimise and expand Microsoft security, cloud and AI solutions. You will coach the team, remove technical obstacles and ensure customers achieve measurable security and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Security Cloud Solution Architects.
• Partner with CISOs, CIOs and senior technology leaders to define security strategies, transformation roadmaps and long‑term technology investments.
• Design secure, resilient and scalable cloud architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Drive adoption and business value from Microsoft Security, Cloud and AI solutions.
• Guide customers through security modernisation initiatives, including identity, data protection, threat protection, cloud security, security operations and AI‑powered security.
• Resolve complex technical and business challenges by coordinating resources across Microsoft and customer teams.
• Build executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements and emerging threats.
• Influence product evolution by feeding customer feedback and industry insights back to engineering.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security or cloud architecture teams.
• Strong ability to engage with senior security executives (CISO, CIO) and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Track record of delivering measurable security and business outcomes.
