Security Delivery Lead – Managed Services

About the role

The Security Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the implementation and delivery of security services engagements. This role leverages global delivery capabilities, standardized methods, tools, training, and assets to ensure high‑quality outcomes, strong governance, and alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of security services projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards and delivery objectives.
• Develop, maintain and govern comprehensive delivery and project plans to achieve predictable, timely outcomes.
• Make delivery‑level decisions for assigned teams and engagements, influencing program and account strategies.
• Coordinate multiple delivery and support teams to ensure seamless execution across the security landscape.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for SOC planning, providing guidance on design, implementation and operational readiness.
• Apply expert‑level knowledge of SIEM platforms, especially Splunk, to support effective security monitoring and response.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical and operational risks, managing issues and escalations through proper governance channels.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security delivery engagements, preferably in SOC and SIEM environments.
• Strong expertise in risk management, continuous improvement and governance of security projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive alignment across complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to convey delivery health, risks and performance trends to leadership.
