Security & Loss Prevention Team Leader

About the role

Noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform across Saudi Arabia and needs a strong leader to protect people, assets and inventory. As the Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) Team Leader you will oversee all security operations, drive loss‑reduction initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise the Security & Loss Prevention team for day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitor site security activities and enforce compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Investigate incidents such as theft, fraud, inventory loss and policy violations, and produce detailed reports.
• Analyze loss trends, identify shrinkage drivers and implement risk‑mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Facilities and other stakeholders to resolve security‑related issues.
• Oversee access‑control systems, CCTV monitoring and physical security measures.
• Conduct regular security audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely escalation and reporting of security incidents and emergencies.
• Support inventory control processes, stock counts and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Train and mentor team members on security procedures, incident response and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential security records and incident logs.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to enhance site security and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in security, loss prevention or related fields.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
