Security Officer – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join the inaugural team of Jayasom Wellness Resort, a luxury destination at Triple Bay, AMAALA. You will ensure the safety of guests, staff, and assets while upholding the resort’s high standards of hospitality and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the resort premises and monitor CCTV systems.
• Control access to all areas, verifying entry for staff, guests, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, guest concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and discretion.
• Document all security activities, incidents, and reports accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth and safe resort operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and company standards.
• Assist with crowd control, VIP movements, and special events as required.

Required profile

• Security certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar security role, ideally in a multicultural or pre‑opening environment.
• Knowledge of CPR/First Aid, crisis management, and security procedures.
• Strong sense of empowerment, dependability, communication, and teamwork.
• Positive, creative attitude and commitment to the resort’s wellness and sustainability culture.
