Senior Account Director – Cloud Infrastructure Solutions (CIS)

About the role

The Senior Account Director (CIS) will lead strategic account growth and digital transformation initiatives for cloud infrastructure solutions across the CIS region, based in Saudi Arabia. This client‑facing role is responsible for driving revenue, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary sales contact for assigned CIS accounts and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive achievement of annual sales targets through new logo acquisition, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain awareness of CIS market dynamics, customer challenges and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solutioning and delivery teams to shape competitive solutions and support proposal development, RFP responses and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and maintain account plans, opportunity pipelines and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
• Track competitors, pricing trends and client buying behaviour, feeding market feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years (156 months) of B2B sales experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure or related technology markets.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing strategic accounts in the CIS region.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology needs, digital transformation initiatives and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives (Director, VP, C‑level) and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
