Senior Account Manager, IT & Digital Sales

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and converting opportunities for IT and digital solutions. The role involves consultative selling, understanding client business and technology environments, and collaborating with presales and technical teams to deliver tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative outreach, schedule discovery meetings and present company capabilities.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture business objectives, challenges and IT landscape.
• Qualify opportunities using budget, authority, need and timeline criteria.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with presales engineers, solution architects and technical specialists to design solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal submission, negotiation and contract closure.
• Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to delivery and implementation teams.
• Develop account engagement strategies aligned with customer technology roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, pricing models and respond to RFP/RFI.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales of IT and digital solutions, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong ability to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles and forecast revenue.
