Senior Account Manager

About the role

MAZ NEXA is looking for an experienced, strategic, and client‑focused Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts in Riyadh. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact.
• Build long‑term relationships by understanding client businesses, industries, audiences, and marketing goals.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, strategic discussions, campaign reviews, and account‑planning sessions.
• Translate client requirements into clear marketing strategies, briefs, scopes, timelines, budgets, and measurable deliverables.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Content, Social, Digital, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, PR, Production, SEO, Web Development, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, approvals, risks and ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Review work for strategic alignment, accuracy, consistency and quality before client presentation.
• Prepare proposals, status reports, campaign reports and performance summaries.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in account management, marketing, digital marketing or social media marketing.
• Previous agency‑side experience in marketing, advertising, branding, creative, PR, media or digital agencies is strongly preferred.
• Excellent client relationship management, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple integrated marketing projects from planning through execution.
