Senior Accountant (Finance)

About the role

Saudi Automatic Salt Refinery (SASA) – MASA Salt Company is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Finance team in Jeddah. The role will oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting and support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Monitor budgets, perform cost accounting, and reconcile inventory records.
• Assist internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to start immediately.
