Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant – Riyadh

About the role

The Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant supports invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. This role helps maintain accurate financial records, resolves billing issues, and collaborates with internal teams to sustain smooth cash‑flow operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts for non‑payment, delayed payment, and irregularities; conduct collection activities via phone or email.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded and support month‑end closing with AR reports.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve client account issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant accounts receivable experience.
