Senior Adventure Instructor

About the role

The Senior Instructor – Adventure supports the AKUN Adventure management team in delivering safe, efficient, and professional inland adventure operations across The Red Sea destination. You will help develop and deliver a diverse portfolio of adventure activities, trails, and immersive guest experiences that meet RSSE’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AKUN adventure experiences, inland trails, activity routes, and guest experience locations.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering adventure activities while ensuring compliance with approved operating procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure all activities are delivered professionally, safely, and consistently in accordance with RSSE operational standards.
• Support the operational rollout of new adventure products, activities, and guest experiences.
• Supervise daily adventure operations and provide on‑site guidance to instructors.
• Promote operational best practices and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and environmental stewardship.

Required profile

• Experience supporting adventure management teams and delivering inland adventure operations.
• Ability to ensure operational readiness, instructor capability, and activity planning.
• Strong focus on safety, service quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Capability to provide day‑to‑day guidance to instructors and promote best practices.
• Collaborative approach with internal departments, resort partners, local stakeholders, and external service providers.
