Senior Architect – Concourse C Lead

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design of Concourse C or similar aviation facilities. The role will oversee the full design lifecycle, ensuring that solutions meet aviation standards, client expectations, and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design team for Concourse C projects.
• Oversee design development from concept through detailed design.
• Coordinate architectural activities with MEP, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards, authority requirements, and project briefs.
• Review and approve design deliverables, reports, and presentations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in architectural design for large‑scale projects.
• Proven experience leading architectural design teams.
• Direct exposure to Concourse C or similar airport terminal facilities.
• Strong experience in design coordination and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and interface management skills.
• Proficiency in design reviews, technical approvals, and quality assurance.
