Senior Architect – Design & Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and technical coordination for complex building projects, collaborating with consultants and internal teams from concept through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design, technical and code compliance matters with consultants.
• Lead the preparation of concept, pre‑final and final submissions, including construction drawings.
• Maintain regular interfacing with internal and external project team members.
• Present design proposals during internal reviews and to clients, incorporating feedback quickly.
• Research, benchmark and develop innovative design concepts and storylines for various typologies.
• Produce quick‑turn Revit drawings for competitions, feasibility studies and development stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8‑12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Building Codes and planning parameters.
• Proven leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino for 3D modelling.
• Advanced Revit modelling skills.
• Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop).
• PowerPoint for client presentations.
