Senior Architect – Hospitality Projects (Makkah)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead high‑visibility hospitality projects from concept through construction in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role blends design leadership with on‑site supervision, requiring strong hands‑on drawing abilities and a proven track record in delivering complex hotel and resort projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design lifecycle: concept, design development, and Issued‑for‑Construction (IFC) documentation.
• Oversee construction supervision, including technical and shop‑drawing reviews, mock‑up approvals, and sign‑offs.
• Specify and implement materials to ensure design intent is maintained on site.
• Bridge design leadership and on‑site execution to deliver projects end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical and design leaders on flagship hospitality projects.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience across the complete A‑Z process of design, delivery, and supervision.
• Strong, hands‑on drawing and design skills; not a purely managerial role.
• Solid track record in construction supervision and technical approvals (specify years of experience).
• Direct experience on hospitality projects such as hotels or resorts.
• Consultancy background is a plus; regional (GCC) delivery experience preferred.
