Senior Architect / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead high‑end, complex architectural projects from concept through delivery. The role combines design leadership, technical coordination, BIM expertise, and project management within an engineering consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design to construction documentation and tender.
• Coordinate client, internal design teams, sub‑consultants and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedules, design deliverables, technical quality and coordination workflow.
• Develop and review architectural design packages, façade concepts, planning solutions and technical details.
• Drive BIM‑based coordination, clash detection, model reviews and interdisciplinary integration.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, municipal, civil‑defence and accessibility regulations.
• Prepare progress updates, lead project meetings and resolve design risks.

Required profile

• Extensive architectural design experience, especially in high‑rise, hospitality, mixed‑use or luxury developments.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, sub‑consultants and client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi codes and local authority requirements.
• Senior‑level professional with a track record of delivering complex projects.
