About the role
Join a globally awarded agency in the MENA region, Horizon FCB, as a Senior Art Director. You will lead the visual creation process, mentor junior talent, and collaborate across teams to deliver high‑impact advertising campaigns that blend data and ideas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts that align with client objectives.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and art directors.
- Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and other creative team members.
- Present ideas and concepts to clients, explaining creative rationale.
- Ensure all visual materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
