Senior Assistant Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Assistant Engineer to provide technical and administrative support to our engineering advisory teams. This early‑career position offers the chance to develop technical expertise while contributing to strategic engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering advisory teams in technical studies, analyses, and project assessments.
• Collect, organize, and prepare technical data, reports, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Research and compile engineering information from multiple sources.
• Assist in preparing project justifications, master plans, work plans, and supporting documentation for management reviews.
• Help coordinate plan and schedule changes and support implementation of adjustments.
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge within the assigned engineering discipline.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze technical data.
• Familiarity with project planning and engineering support activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar productivity tools.
