Senior Associate – Human Capital (HC)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Human Capital (HC) team in Al Khobar. The role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labour regulations, working closely with internal and government partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HC operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, record updates, transfers, letters, documentation, off‑boarding and compliance checkpoints.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and changes, validate employee data, liaise with payroll and finance teams, support reconciliations and resolve payroll‑related queries with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Work with government relations and mobility teams on employment documentation, visa/work‑permit processes, iqama renewals, status tracking and employee queries, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate records.
• Support compliance with local labour law, firm policies and internal governance by maintaining complete employee files, tracking required documents and escalating risks or exceptions.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll coordination or related functions.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labour regulations and government documentation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll tools.
• Ability to manage employee data and documentation accurately.
