Senior BIM Specialist

About the role

The Senior BIM Specialist will lead BIM and digital delivery across major infrastructure and engineering projects, ensuring models, data, and workflows meet client requirements and industry standards. This strategic position oversees the full project lifecycle, from design through construction, driving integration of BIM with GIS, Digital Twin, and asset management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce BIM standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and other platforms.
• Manage BIM Execution Plans, information management processes, and the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Review and approve BIM deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and value‑engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on BIM best practices and digital engineering.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful digital delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of BIM, digital engineering or information‑management experience on large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Proven track record leading BIM implementation on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, information management and CDE workflows.
