Senior Business Analyst – S&OP Data Custodian

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the custodian of all data used in United Group's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Combining data analysis with business analysis, the role ensures that every S&OP decision is based on a single, trusted version of the truth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern all S&OP master and operational data, defining standards, ownership, and update frequency.
• Run regular data quality checks, maintain a single data dictionary and KPI definitions.
• Collect, integrate, and reconcile data from ERP, MRP, sales orders, procurement, and shipment schedules.
• Build and maintain automated data models and pipelines, replacing manual consolidation.
• Support the S&OP cycle by maintaining demand history, baseline forecasts, and supply views, and by running scenario analyses.
• Design and own S&OP dashboards and KPI scorecards, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or supply chain planning, preferably supporting S&OP in FMCG, agri‑commodities or feed/food manufacturing.
• Relevant certifications such as CPIM/CSCP, IBF CPF or Power BI Data Analyst are a plus.
