Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and leading partnership initiatives. This position blends strategic thinking with hands‑on deal execution and requires close collaboration across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, structure proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
• Own a robust pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance against targets.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams on go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Mentor junior business development managers and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to close complex deals and manage strategic accounts.
