Senior Business Development Manager - KSA

About the role

Electra is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead its expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for generating revenue across the company’s full portfolio of event‑related services, from exhibition stand design to turnkey festival delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business across all Electra divisions, targeting government entities, giga‑projects, corporations, sports organisations and festivals.
• Promote Electra’s in‑house capabilities in carpentry, metal work, scenic construction, temporary structures, logistics and rental services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with creative agencies, experiential agencies, production houses, consultants, developers, city authorities and ministries.
• Lead client pitches, presentations and technical deep‑dives to showcase Electra’s portfolio.
• Manage the full tender process – RFP evaluation, pricing coordination, commercial structuring, risk assessment and submission – in collaboration with the Dubai headquarters.
• Ensure all proposals reflect Electra’s strengths, timelines and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of business development experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong network in the Saudi Arabian market, especially with government bodies, giga‑projects, production houses and developers.
• Proven ability to win large‑scale projects and manage complex commercial negotiations.
