Senior Conference Producer (6‑month contract)

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Conference Producer for a six‑month contract. You will join a fast‑growing team that delivers record‑breaking events such as LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA and CPHI Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of the main stage, including show calling, running orders and cue coordination.
• Manage speaker relationships, sourcing, briefing and on‑site logistics.
• Coordinate closely with AV and technical teams to ensure flawless execution and handle any on‑site crises.
• Develop and maintain event agendas, stage layouts and production schedules.
• Work directly with government bodies and institutional partners to secure approvals and align expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in large‑scale conference or event production.
• Proven track record of managing speakers and delivering live shows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with government and institutional clients.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
